Online Individual Counselling
One on One client centered 50 minute sessions for women and men, where we explore anything you want to work on.
The following are some common themes:
Anxiety and worry. Thoughts or conversations that run over and over again in your head that you want to understand and put to rest! These can create great distress and distraction.
Stress around changes you are going through. Any changes can be challenging, at work, at home, within the family. Small or Big, they all can have a stressful impact - negative or positive.
Overwhelming feelings that are coming up. Frustration, Confusion, Hurt and more. Sometimes we don't even know what the feeling is, something is bothering us and we don't want to feel that way anymore or you simply want some help figuring it out.
Grief and loss around events that have happened that have shaken you up or affected your life in ways that are hard to comprehend. These may include breakups, loss, family events, work changes.
Online Couples Counselling
Sometimes two people need a third person to help mediate and offer an objective perspective. Couples Counselling sessions are 70 minutes long to give us more time to get into it and be constructive. The benefits of couples counselling include:
Communication: Getting you into a dialogue with a non judgmental outsider to bring things back to the main issue, look at the big picture, or gently encourage some self reflection.
Intimacy/Connection: Sometimes we have blindspots or we can’t recognize offerings of connections each person may be trying to make.
Resentment: Perhaps we feel frustrated, defeated, or hurt and can’t see the big picture anymore.
Shame/Fear: We may also have things we want to share but are afraid to do so and want the support of a third party.
